Cranberry Oat Bites


I can’t believe we’re already half way through March and I’m moving to Denver in less than two weeks! That’s right, I’ll be out in the Mile High City soon and cannot wait for this new chapter in my life.

Moving can be hectic and stressful but I’ve been living by the mantra “Everything is as it should be” to keep me from getting too stressed out by it. Also, these Cranberry Oat Bites definitely help 🙂


-1 3/4 cups rolled oats

-1/4 cup peanut butter, melted

-1 scoop IdealFit vanilla protein powder

-2 tbsp Anthony’s Goods chia seeds

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1/2 cup chopped walnuts

-1/2 cup dried cranberries


In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, protein powder, chia seeds, walnuts, and cranberries. In a separate, microwave-safe bowl warm up the maple syrup and peanut butter until drippy. Mix the peanut butter mixture with the dry ingredients until fully incorporated. Form into golf-ball size balls and place in an air-tight container (if they won’t quite stick together, add more peanut butter). Store in the refrigerator and eat as a snack or dessert!
