It’s been a while since I’ve posted a smoothie pic, so here we are! I’ve been loving this combo lately: frozen banana, frozen blueberries, 1 scoop @plantfusion vanilla collagen builder, 1 tbsp PB, 1/2 tsp spirulina, 1 tbsp @kulikulifoods moringa, almond milk + topped with granola and PB 😋 I usually just have the smoothie base during the week and make a bowl on the weekends 💜 •

Put it in a tortilla 🌮 these blue corn tortillas from @bolderchips are soooo good. 🤤 Paired them with leftover tri tip, some sautéed onion, bell pepper and poblano, and topped with baby kale mixed in a cilantro avocado dressing 💚 (1 avo, handful of cilantro, juice of 1 lime, salt, pepper, half a jalapeño, 2 tbsp olive oil and water to thin blended in the @vitamix ) and added cotija cheese on top 😋

Been getting into green curry recently and oh boy

Been getting into green curry recently and oh boy this one was perfect. 💚 stopped by @westerndaughters for the bavette steak and poured the following Thai green curry sauce over brown rice, onion, bell pepper, and kale. Sauce is all of the below ingredients thrown in a blender:
-coconut milk (2 cans)
-Thai green curry paste (about 2 tbsp)
-1 jalapeño, seeds removed
-1/4 cup chopped onion
-1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
-handful of cilantro
-clove of garlic
-cube of ginger (same size as garlic)
-spice blend: salt, pepper, coriander, brown mustard seed, cumin (I go heavy on the spices but it’s up to you how much)
-spoonful of soy sauce
-juice of 1 lime
