Healthy Cookie Dough Bites

I’ve been finding myself experimenting with recipes a lot more now that the gloomy days in January have me curled up inside. The pressure of the holidays is gone and I can create new recipes and not worry if they don’t turn out great.

This is one that I’ll definitely be using more often when I’m craving chocolate cookie dough. There are only 6 ingredients and it takes less than 10 minutes to make. Enjoy!


Makes approx. 10 bites

-3/4 cup chickpeas, rinsed & drained

-2 tbsp maple syrup

-2 tbsp almond butter

-1/4 cup Anthony’s Goods Collagen Peptides

-1/4 cup coconut flower

-1/4 cup cacao nibs


Mix all ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Form into bite-size balls and place in an air-tight container in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Store in the freezer or refrigerator.
